Helly Hansen Boot Lace Snapped After 2 Months – No Replacement Available

11

I purchased a pair of Helly Hansen boots from Boyner about two months ago, and within the second month, one of the shoelaces snapped. I’ve tried to get a replacement from Boyner and other retailers, but none of them have the same laces in stock. The exact model lace also seems to be unavailable anywhere.

Please make sure to include spare laces when selling your products. If this issue isn’t resolved, I may have to stop choosing this brand, even though I’ve always liked it.
