Helly Hansen Quality Complaint – New T-Shirt Fell Apart, No Support
My Helly Hansen t-shirt, which I’ve owned for only two weeks, has started to fray and unravel all over. After sending it in for inspection, my request was rejected, with the response that it was “user error.” I had specifically chosen this brand because it wasn’t under boycott, but the experience has been very disappointing — I basically wasted $54.
To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, they told me, “You can file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee if you’d like.” This level of indifference and poor service from such a well-known brand is unacceptable. I’m deeply dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer experience.
