Hellcase Ignores Hack Victims After $400 CS2 Skin Inventory Wiped

Today, I deposited approximately $400 into my Hellcase account and transferred my CS2 items. Shortly after these transactions, I noticed multiple access attempts to my Steam account from different accounts, and I saw that all the items I had withdrawn through the site were suddenly sold, leaving nothing in my inventory.

Following this situation, I immediately submitted a help request through the support section on the Hellcase website, but despite a long time passing, I have received no response whatsoever. Both the money I deposited and the items I had collected over the years disappeared all at once, and no feedback is being provided by the platform.

I demand that Hellcase investigate this hardship I experienced, restore my items or their monetary equivalent back to my account, and provide me with a clear explanation regarding their security and support procedures.
