Unable to Receive Verification Code for Hay Day, No Response from Support
I’m having an issue with the Hay Day game and customer service is unresponsive. I’m trying to log in with my email, s**********@gmail.com, on my mother's new phone so she can play, but it says a verification code has been sent. However, the code never arrives—not in the spam folder or anywhere else. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times, but they haven’t provided any help. This is extremely frustrating, as we just want to access the game. Please resolve this issue and ensure the verification code is sent so we can log in.
