My Hay Day Farm Can't Join My Own Neighborhood
My sibling and I have been playing together for about two years now on the account named "Nurun Çiftliği." We opened it together two years ago, and I even created a neighborhood. But now, my sibling's account, Nurun Çiftliği, cannot join my neighborhood! Everyone else can join my neighborhood, but "Nurun Çiftliği" is blocked.
My sibling has complained countless times, and now I'm complaining too. This is completely unacceptable. "Nurun Çiftliği" can join other neighborhoods and enter other neighborhoods without any problems, but when they try to join mine (Neighborhood Tag: #QQLPGQP8), they get an "invitation failed" error. We play this game every single day. We want to play in the same neighborhood for the Derby, not in different ones. Both my sibling and I have complained, but we've received no help or response.
Supercell, you need to fix this joining issue immediately! We don't want to create a new neighborhood; that would be a waste of all our hard work. We've been trying for two years, and this situation is incredibly upsetting.
