I Can’t Join My Friends’ Neighborhood in Hay Day Due to Family-Friendly Restrictions

I am very frustrated with my experience on Hay Day. I recently took over my child’s account and started playing the farm myself. However, because the account is flagged under an age restriction, I am now only allowed to join "family-friendly" neighborhoods.

The problem is that my friends' neighborhood does not have the "family-friendly" status, so every time I try to join, I get a message saying the neighborhood is not eligible. It’s extremely disappointing not to be able to play with my friends just because of an old account setting that doesn’t reflect my current situation.

I urgently ask Hay Day Support to help me remove the family-friendly restriction or offer a solution so I can join my friends’ neighborhood. I want to enjoy the game fully, just like everyone else. Please fix this issue as soon as possible!
