I Can’t Rejoin My Hay Day Neighborhood Using Tag #CPCGC2VU After Leaving It by Mistake

For the past two months, my brother has been unable to rejoin our Hay Day neighborhood tagged #CPCGC2VU. We were both previously members of this neighborhood, but he accidentally left it. Since then, he hasn't been able to see any invitations or requests to rejoin—even when entering the tag directly, nothing happens. Meanwhile, I continue to receive join requests from other players and can manage those without issue.

The problem clearly lies with his account specifically. I'm using a Samsung S23 Ultra, and he’s on a Xiaomi Redmi 9 Ultra. Everything works fine on my end, so this is not a device-related issue. We simply want him to be able to return to our original neighborhood and continue playing as before.
