I Can’t Join My Friends’ Neighborhood in Hay Day

I’ve been trying to join a specific neighborhood in Hay Day for quite some time now, and no matter what I do, it just doesn’t work. The neighborhood name is "430 Buçuk", and my player tag is #Q8VRLG20Q. I’m trying to join my friends there, but I keep getting blocked or encountering some issue that stops me.

I’ve tried everything multiple times, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I just want to play with my friends and enjoy the game like everyone else. But this technical problem is making it impossible.

Hay Day support, please fix this issue and let me join the neighborhood I’ve requested. I’m not asking for anything special—just a simple, fair solution to something that should already work.
