Hay Day Neighborhood Join Issue – Can't Enter My Friend’s Neighborhood

I am experiencing a frustrating issue in Hay Day. While I can easily join some neighborhoods, I am unable to enter certain ones, including the one my friends created. However, if I create my own neighborhood, there are no issues at all.

This needs an urgent fix! I want to join my friend's neighborhood, but something is preventing me from doing so. There seems to be an error or restriction that is blocking access, and it is incredibly frustrating.

Hay Day support, please resolve this problem as soon as possible. Players should be able to freely join their preferred neighborhoods without unnecessary technical issues. I expect a quick response and a solution!
