I Can’t Join Any Neighborhood in Hay Day Because the Tags Don’t Work Properly

I’m experiencing a frustrating issue in Hay Day when trying to join a neighborhood. No matter how many times I type in the correct neighborhood tag, nothing shows up. I’ve even tried searching by the neighborhood name, but it still doesn’t appear. When I click “Join,” I get a message saying, “Your request to join the neighborhood couldn’t be completed.”

I’ve tested multiple neighborhoods with different tags and names, and the issue persists across all of them. I just want to be part of a neighborhood to enjoy the full multiplayer experience, but this bug is making it impossible.

Supercell, please fix the neighborhood tag search and joining system as soon as possible. This is ruining the social aspect of the game for me.
