Hay Day Reset My Farm to Level 1 – Can’t Access My Old Account

I logged into Hay Day as usual, but while playing, I suddenly got a connection error, and then the game completely reset. My farm, which was at level 75, was erased, and now my account has been reset to level 1.

What’s strange is that my friends can still see my old farm, which means my progress is still there—but I can’t access it anymore. Every time I try to log in, the game starts from scratch, and I can’t recover my original farm.

Hay Day, please help! I want to restore my old account and continue playing from level 75. How can I fix this issue and regain access to my farm?
