First, check if you're logged into the correct Supercell ID by tapping the gear icon in the game > Supercell ID > Log Out, then log back in using the email linked to your original farm.
If your farm was linked to Google Play (Android) or Game Center (iOS), ensure you're signed into the correct account on your device.
If your farm still doesn’t load, tap the gear icon > Help and Support > Contact Us. If "Contact Us" isn’t visible, type "Lost farm" in the support chat to bring it up. Include your old farm name, player tag (if known), level, and details like your last login or purchase receipts.
If you're unable to access the in-game support, go to support.supercell.com, select Hay Day > Account > Lost Account, and follow the steps.
