I Can’t Watch Ads to Shorten Product Times in Hay Day – Option Remains Inactive

In Hay Day, there’s an option to watch ads to shorten the production time of items, but I can’t activate it. The ads on the movie ticket feature work fine, but when I try to watch ads next to the products, the option stays inactive.

There’s no setting in the game related to ads that I can adjust. Can someone help me figure out why this feature isn’t working? I’d really appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.
