My Hay Day Account is Stuck as a "Minor" I Can't Watch Ads

I cannot watch the daily advertisement videos in the game. Despite being an adult, my account is being treated as a younger user, and it's showing up as if there's "parental control." This is completely unacceptable.

I have no idea how to fix this. I've already sent an email, but I don't know if I'll ever get a response. This feature has never been an issue for me before; I only found out about it because I saw someone else use it. Now I'm being penalized and denied the benefits of watching ads.

Supercell, you need to rectify this immediately! Correct my age settings in Hay Day so I can watch daily advertisement videos. This is a frustrating bug that needs an urgent solution. Fix my account now!
