Hay Day Account Not Syncing — Level 50 Farm Reset After Device Change

I played Hay Day on the Android platform up to approximately level 50. My account was linked to the email address Hi****************@gmail.com**, and I had been progressing with this account for a long time. However, about 3–4 months ago, I changed my phone (I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy A55), and when I tried to log back into the game, it asked if I wanted to continue from level 50. Even though I logged in with my registered email address, my account started from the very beginning. My trophies earned since January 22, 2024 still appear on the Play Store.

I have never experienced a similar issue before, and I did not receive any error messages. I also have not contacted customer service yet. I am requesting that my old account be restored and that my level 50 progress be returned to me.

I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
