Return My Happn Account Please!
I am writing to report that my Happn account was suspended and closed this morning with the explanation that I am “not 18 years old.” However, when I created my account, I correctly entered my age as 18, so I do not understand why my account was closed on this basis. After the suspension, I contacted support and was simply told again that I am not 18 years old and that my account would be closed, without any clear explanation or opportunity to correct or verify my information. I believe this is a mistake and it has unfairly resulted in the loss of my account. I kindly request that my Happn account be reactivated as soon as possible and that my age information be reviewed and corrected if needed. I am also requesting that Happn provide a valid customer service contact number for users in India so that such issues can be resolved more transparently and efficiently.
