Halalbooking Hotel Hygiene Issues Force Family Checkout After One Night

Through Halalbooking, I booked a 5-night family stay at the Modern Saraylar Hotel in Alanya, with check-in on August 5 and check-out on August 11. However, due to severe hygiene and health issues we encountered upon arrival, we could only stay for one night and had to check out early on August 6.

The hotel's overall hygienic conditions were unacceptably poor, major cleaning deficiencies existed, and human health was clearly disregarded. While our core expectation for a property chosen for its halal and family-friendly concept was a clean, healthy, and safe environment, our experience was the exact opposite. This atmosphere made us deeply anxious, especially regarding my children.

Having to cut our planned vacation short meant not only leaving the hotel early, but also forfeiting our original flight tickets and incurring extra expenses to purchase new ones. My children suffered a huge disappointment, and as a family, we suffered significant financial and emotional hardship.

I request that Halalbooking thoroughly investigate this matter, evaluate the Modern Saraylar Hotel appropriately, and assist us in resolving the losses incurred from the unused nights and forfeited flight tickets. We hold photos and other evidence documenting the hygiene issues at the hotel, which I am ready to share upon request.

To compensate for this negative experience, I request a concrete solution, starting with a refund for the unused nights and the additional travel expenses we incurred.
