H&M Sent the Wrong Bikini Items Instead of My Ordered Bikini Top
I experienced a serious issue with an order I placed through H&M’s official website last week. After waiting a long time for a particular bikini top to come back in stock, I immediately placed my order when it became available.
However, when my package arrived today, I discovered that the bikini top I ordered was not included. Instead, the package contained two bikini bottoms. In other words, the item I specifically purchased and waited to restock was never sent, and I received completely incorrect products instead.
The order number for this purchase is 77854259601. Because this was an item I had been monitoring and waiting to become available again, the mistake has been especially disappointing and inconvenient. If the bikini top goes out of stock again due to this fulfillment error, it will further increase the impact of the problem.
I request that H&M promptly review this order, arrange for the correct bikini top to be supplied and shipped to me as soon as possible, and take into consideration the inconvenience caused by this mistake. I also request that the return process for the incorrectly shipped bikini bottoms be initiated immediately and handled as quickly and smoothly as possible.
