H&M Refund Taken Forever

I am writing regarding my online order number 66711683003 from H&M, for which I still have not received my refund despite the return being confirmed as received. I registered the return on 22 May 2026 and dropped it off at UPS, and on 27 May I received an email from H&M stating that my return had arrived at your warehouse and was being processed. The order total was $288, paid with my Cash App card. Since then I have been waiting for the refund, and more than ten days have now passed without the amount being returned to my card. I contacted your customer service, and I was informed by email that the refund would be delayed. However, no clear timeframe was given and the refund is still not visible on my account, which has made this a very disappointing experience for me. I kindly request that my refund of $288 for order 66711683003 be processed and paid back to my Cash App card as soon as possible, and that I be informed once the transaction has been completed.
