H&M Kids T-Shirts Fell Apart After the First Wash

Approximately one month ago, I purchased three boys’ T-shirts from the H&M store located in Istanbul Piazza Mall. I recently washed the shirts for the first time at 30°C, strictly following the care instructions provided on the garments. However, immediately after the wash, the seams began to come apart, and the shirts became unusable.
The products were used normally and washed according to the manufacturer's instructions. Because the damage occurred after a single wash, I believe this issue clearly indicates a quality or manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear.
When I contacted the store regarding the problem, I was informed that I would need to provide the original receipt before any assistance could be offered. However, it is not realistic to expect customers to keep every receipt from everyday purchases indefinitely. More importantly, the fact that three children's T-shirts failed after only one proper wash should be sufficient evidence that the products may be defective.
I was disappointed that my complaint was not considered solely because I could not present the receipt. As a customer, I expected a more reasonable evaluation of a product quality issue, especially given how quickly the damage occurred.
I request that H&M review this matter and allow an exchange for the three defective children's T-shirts purchased from the Piazza Mall store, even without requiring the original receipt. I ask that the condition of the products and the apparent manufacturing defect be taken into account and that a fair resolution be provided as soon as possible.
