Grundig Washing Machine Does Not Heat The Water

The Eco 60 program of the Grundig brand washing machine I purchased about a year ago does not heat the water. Despite running the laundry cycle for approximately 3 hours, the clothes aren't cleaned to my satisfaction. Regularly checking the water temperature every 10-15 minutes after starting, I observed that it only increased to a maximum of 40-45 degrees. I'm forced to wash the laundry at the standard 60 degrees. I have reported the issue to the company, but there has been no response.

Technical service came and I explained the problem. The technician said, "They do this on purpose to save money on these devices." If they are doing this to save money, I asked why they are adding the 60-degree option, but I did not get an answer. On the device, there was siphoning. He left, saying that the device installed by the service was wrong. I ask the company, what would you do if you were me?

The laundry that you normally wash at 40/60 degrees. In my opinion, without heating the water at all. It tries to perform as if it's washed with water at 40/60 degrees with the duration and drum movements. The booklet already states that it's for lightly soiled laundry. This program is designed to comply with EU regulations.

eco 40 and eco 60 are two separate programs, if eco 40/60 is between 40 and 60 degrees. The program runs for about 3 hours and does not reach 60 degrees or even 50 degrees at any time. 45-46 degrees at most. If it will not heat up to 60 degrees, it is absurd to make two programs as 40 and 60 degrees. It is called the eco program and there is only one program that says 'it makes economy depending on the weight of the laundry and the temperature of the water'.
