Grok Charged Me for Subscription Renewal Without My Consent

Even though I did not want it, my Grok subscription was automatically renewed and the fee was charged to my card. I noticed that on February 15, a charge of $41 was made to my card without my approval or any renewal request on my part. I can see that the invoice for this transaction is dated February 13 and has the number G14TO1CC-0002.

After this transaction, I filed a dispute with my bank on February 15 and also tried to contact Grok support, but I have not received any response. I have been negatively affected by this charge, which was made without my consent.

I request a full refund of the $41 charged for this unwanted subscription renewal.
