Grok Unauthorized Pending Charge Without Active Subscription
I signed up for the Grok platform with a free subscription and later canceled my subscription on my own and removed my card information from the system. Despite this, on March 24, 2026, at 2:56:58 AM, a $30 payment authorization appeared on my Garanti Bonus Platinum credit card (last four digits 2017) without my knowledge or approval. The transaction is currently shown as pending, and no transaction code is listed in the details.
Even though I did not start any paid subscription, was not informed, and did not give any approval, money being charged to my card has caused me serious financial and security concerns. Although I reported this situation to Grok support, I have not yet received any response.
I request that this unauthorized $30 pending charge be canceled, that no funds be captured from my card, and if it is processed, that it be refunded immediately. I also request that all necessary security checks be conducted regarding my account and card information, and that I be provided with a clear explanation of how this transaction occurred.
