Gratis Stock Issues and Hours of Waiting

Customer service at its worst: that was my latest encounter with Gratis. I wasted a lot of time looking at their website and putting things to my shopping cart, just to have them all go away because they were out of stock. I was so frustrated since this was pointless and a total squandering of my time.
Online purchases made through Gratis should come with a disclaimer if the company's inventory management system is that unstable. Instead, they offer a wide variety of things to entice clients, but they let them down when it comes time to pay.
Because of this occurrence, I am completely disappointed with Gratis. Their insensitivity to customers' time and the opaqueness of their stock availability information is intolerable. I have no intention of ever shopping at Gratis or even going back.
