GrandPashaBet Withdrawal Delay, Bonus Deductions, Unresponsive Support

I passed all of them and created a new request. 3 more hours have passed since the second request and it is still in the same situation. Now, when I write to live support, they end the call themselves after the automatic response and hang up on me, which is very ugly. They say 24/7 phone support, but I've been calling and they haven't answered the phone for hours. We can no longer write anything to live support, they end the call after the auto reply.
