GrandPashaBet Refused to Pay ₺14,000 Winnings From Live Bet on Turkey Match

On September 4, 2025, I placed a live bet on GrandPashaBet during the Georgia–Turkey match. My bet was that Kerem Aktürkoğlu would score a goal, and as a result of this wager, I won ₺14,000. However, my winnings were never credited to my account. My username is D*.

When I contacted customer support, they claimed that there was a “restriction during the match” and said my winnings had been removed. I did not use any promotions, bonuses, or special campaigns, and they failed to provide me with any clear explanation of which rule I supposedly violated.

This is completely unacceptable. I demand that GrandPashaBet pays my rightful winnings of ₺14,000 in full and provides a detailed and transparent explanation regarding this issue. Customers deserve fair play and honest payouts, not vague excuses.
