While playing on GrandPashaBet with the username b*, I deposited ₺1,000 and, under the discount bonus, managed to win ₺7,760. According to the stated rules, I should have been entitled to withdraw 30 times my deposit. However, I was told that I could only receive 20 times the deposit, and the rest of my balance was simply removed from my account.
In reality, I should have received around ₺6,000, but instead only ₺2,300 was paid into my account. The remaining amount was unfairly withheld. When I contacted customer service today to resolve the issue, I felt mocked and dismissed rather than assisted.
This behavior is unacceptable. I demand that GrandPashaBet immediately transfers the full missing payment and honors the withdrawal conditions as originally promised. Customers should not be cheated out of their rightful winnings.
