GrandPashaBet Suspended My Account and Withheld ₺144,000 From Winnings

I recently placed a bet on GrandPashaBet and won a total of ₺204,000. My username is c*. Despite submitting all the required documents and verification materials in full, my account was suspended, and the majority of my winnings were withheld. The reason given was that there was an error in the address information listed on my account.

This incident happened this morning. I contacted customer support right away, but they offered no real help or solution. My winnings were not part of any promotion, bonus, or campaign—I earned them solely with my own deposited funds. I want to emphasize that I have never experienced such an issue on GrandPashaBet before, nor has anything like this happened to me on any other betting platform.

So far, only my original deposit of ₺60,000 has been returned to me. The remaining ₺144,000 was unfairly withheld under the excuse of a minor address discrepancy, and my account was suspended as well. I find this completely unacceptable.

I demand that GrandPashaBet immediately pays out the remaining balance of my winnings in full and restores my account to active status. Customers should not be punished for small administrative errors when they have already completed verification and provided all required documents.
