GrandPashaBet Canceled My Withdrawal and Deleted My Balance Without Explanation

I recently joined GrandPashaBet for the first time, depositing ₺320. I was given a ₺250 bonus and an additional ₺50 bonus. After playing through the initial bonus, I noticed the remaining ₺50 from the bonus had disappeared. Undeterred, I continued playing with my ₺320 deposit, which dropped to ₺200 at one point but eventually grew to ₺2,184. My total balance reached ₺2,469, and I requested a withdrawal of ₺2,300.

While continuing to play with the remaining balance, my withdrawal request was canceled, and all my funds were deleted. When I contacted support, they claimed I had canceled the bonus, which is completely false as I had never navigated away from the game. No one helped resolve this issue, and I feel cheated. I demand an explanation and the immediate return of my funds.
