Graceland Shoes from Deichmann Had Insole Collapse in 3 Months—No Refund or Support
I purchased a pair of Graceland shoes from Deichmann on May 24, 2024, and within just three months, the insole collapsed, making the shoes unwearable. What’s even more frustrating is that I barely wore them, yet the inner sole started sinking and poking into my foot, causing discomfort.
I sent the shoes for inspection, expecting Deichmann to acknowledge the defect, but they simply sent me a message stating there was no fault in the product. How can an insole collapse within months of light use and not be considered a defect?
Since my shoes are still at the store, I couldn’t attach pictures, but I demand a fair resolution—either a replacement or a refund.
