Deichmann Graceland Sandals Lost Studs After Few Wears

I bought a pair of Graceland brand women's sandals from Deichmann in April for ₺549. Since it wasn’t summer yet, I only wore them indoors 3–4 times. Then, I noticed that several of the stud embellishments had fallen off while the sandals were just sitting in storage! I took them to the store, and they sent them for inspection—twice—only to claim that there was no manufacturing defect. How is that possible when they were barely worn and never even used outdoors? They refused to accept responsibility and tried to return the faulty sandals to me. A store that doesn’t stand behind its products is not worth shopping from. I will never buy from Deichmann again!
