I Bought Graceland Deichmann Boots and the Toe Split After Just a Few Wears
In October, I purchased a pair of black Graceland women’s boots from Deichmann’s Gordion AVM store for ₺800. I only wore them 2–3 times before I noticed that the toe area of the left boot had already started splitting open. I haven’t even worn them in harsh weather or snow yet—this happened during normal use, which is completely unacceptable.
What’s even more frustrating is that when I bought the boots, the sales representative at the register assured me they came with a 6-month repair warranty. I still have my receipt and purchase record. It’s clear this is a defective product, and I expected better quality control from a brand I’ve trusted and liked until now.
I didn’t expect to be let down this quickly by a product that wasn’t cheap. Deichmann, please honor your warranty and either repair or replace my boots immediately. I hope to hear back from your support team soon. This isn’t how loyal customers should be treated.
