My Graceland Women's Boots (11102077) from Deichmann Leak Water

I purchased Graceland women's boots (product code 11102077) from Deichmann, and the very first day I wore them to work, my socks were soaking wet underneath! It had rained, but I did NOT walk through deep puddles, nor was there any heavy rain falling directly onto the boots. The road was damp, but the distance I walked was only about 600 meters! Shockingly, it felt as though the soles of these boots were absorbing water like a sponge. When I took this issue back to the store, they simply rejected my complaint after a so-called "inspection," claiming there was no manufacturing defect. How can brand-new boots leak through the soles on their first use? Deichmann needs to resolve this immediately—I demand an immediate refund (₺) or replacement!
