My Deichmann Graceland Sneakers Fell Apart in 2 Days



I bought a pair of Graceland sneakers from Deichmann in October, and within just two days, the laces snapped, and the elastic stretched out. This might have even been a display product, which would explain the poor quality. I sent them back for a return, but Deichmann denied it, blaming "user error." I sent them in for a second review, and they rejected my claim again, with the same excuse. I haven’t even received the returned shoes yet! Why is it so difficult for Deichmann to accept responsibility for a defective product? Where is their so-called customer service? I demand an immediate response—either refund my money or provide a replacement.
