GPay Payment Refund Not Processed After Transaction Cancellation


I attempted to deposit money on an item sales website using GPay, but I keep receiving a system error message. I am using a Genç İninal card, and I suspect the issue might be account verification. However, my guardian has already verified my Genç İninal account, so I don't understand why this is happening.
I need urgent support to resolve this issue, as I am unable to complete my transaction. If verification is still required, why wasn’t I informed earlier? Has anyone else experienced this problem?
