I Used GPay to Add Balance to Kabasakalonline But It Still Hasn’t Been Transferred

I tried to load balance to my Kabasakalonline account via GPay, and although GPay keeps saying “Your balance is available”, the funds have not been transferred to the site. It’s been over three hours, and I’ve sent multiple emails and transaction receipts, yet nothing has changed.

GPay keeps canceling the transfer for no clear reason, and now they’ve completely stopped responding to my emails — even though the receipt I sent includes my full personal details. I’ve done everything on my end, and my money is still stuck in GPay’s system.

I demand that GPay immediately complete the transfer or return my money without any further delay. Enough with the silence and excuses — fix this now.
