If GoToGate gave you wrong flight information, check your original ticket confirmation and any follow-up emails for errors. Write down every mistake and keep all of the proof.
Then, use the "My Bookings" menu and then "Contact Us" to talk to GoToGate (or call if it's an emergency) and be clear about the mistakes you found. Ask them to fix them without having to rebook to avoid extra fees.
You should tell them that they made a mistake and ask them to fix it before they try to charge you again for rebooking.
If this doesn't work, go straight to the airline and show proof of both the correct information and GoToGate's mistake. Sometimes, airlines will fix mistakes for free.
