Gotickets.com Tickets Not Delivered – $146 Refund for Squeeze Show

On August 19, 2026 I believed I was purchasing concert tickets for the Squeeze show at Hard Rock Live on August 20, 2026 through Ticketmaster, but the transaction was actually processed by gotickets.com. I paid a total of $146 by credit card. After the purchase, my tickets were never delivered. I spent around two hours on the phone with gotickets.com customer service. They told me they could see my order and my credit card charge but could not figure out why the tickets were not being sent to me. I was then promised that the tickets would be delivered to me one hour before the event, but this never happened and I was left without the tickets I paid for. Despite the non-delivery of the tickets, I have not received any refund. I clearly and firmly request that the full $146 charged to my card be refunded to me as soon as possible.
