Sidra Mining Account Locked For Months Due To Google Authenticator Error

I have been unable to access my Sidra mining account for more than two months due to a problem with Google Authenticator and I am requesting that my access be restored. I created my account in August 2022 using my email address and I use the app from Kaduna, Nigeria. I have not made any payments in the app, but I have accumulated Sidra coins and used them for some projects inside the application, so this account is important to me. For a long time, whenever I tried to log in with the codes from Google Authenticator, the app repeatedly showed “invalid code”. I kept trying for weeks, but it never accepted the codes. I later deleted the Sidra entry from the Authenticator, hoping the app would stop asking for the code, but it still continues to request authentication and I remain locked out. I went to the help section and was given 10 backup codes, but I could not understand how to use them properly and I am still unable to sign in. Out of desperation I even spoke with someone online who claimed they could help me if I paid 10 dollars and shared my login details, but I refused because I did not trust this and did not want to risk my account. I kindly request that you help me regain access to my Sidra mining account by disabling the current 2FA or providing a secure way to verify my identity through my registered email address so that I can log in again. I no longer wish to use Google Authenticator for this account because it has repeatedly failed me. I ask you to assist me in recovering my account and the Sidra coins linked to it as soon as possible.
