Google Account Locked By 2-Step Verification - I Can’t Access Authenticator Codes

I am writing regarding my inability to access my Google account due to the two‑step verification requirement. I changed my device some months ago in Nigeria and, unfortunately, I did not sync my Google Authenticator to the cloud on my old device. Since then, I can no longer access the authentication codes needed to log in. Previously, I was able to log in with just my Gmail credentials without any problem, but now the system insists on an authentication code that I cannot generate because I no longer have access to the old device. I have already tried the available account recovery options provided by Google, including alternative sign‑in methods, but I still cannot regain access to my account. I kindly request that my two‑step verification via Authenticator be reset or disabled, or that another secure method be provided so I can regain access to my Google account. I am ready to provide any necessary verification information to prove that I am the rightful owner of the account.
