My Google Business Account Suspended Without Ad Service

Between 2022 and 2024, I had a Google Business account. On October 9, my account was suspended, yet Google still charged me ₺195 (₺135 + ₺60) for advertisements that were never run. Despite the suspension, I have not received a refund for these charges.

I am requesting an immediate refund for the amount charged. If this issue is not resolved, I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Rights Advertising Board and proceed with legal action. Please address this matter promptly.
