I Face Goodyear 215/55 R18 Winter Tires Poor Comfort and Road Grip
I purchased a set of Goodyear 215/55 R18 winter tires for my Peugeot 2008 through N11 in November 2025. From the very first day of use, the tires felt excessively hard—almost like truck tires—which has made my vehicle extremely uncomfortable and stiff while driving.
Especially in winter conditions, I have not experienced the level of safety and comfort I would expect from winter tires. The ride quality has been poor, and I have been very dissatisfied with both driving comfort and road grip.
I have not yet contacted N11 or Goodyear customer service regarding this issue. Through this complaint, I request that the tires be inspected and that either a full refund be issued or the tires be replaced with a more suitable and comfortable model. I want to be able to use my vehicle safely and comfortably during winter conditions.
I haven't received any response from the brand or any action regarding my request for an exchange; my issue is still unresolved, and I am not satisfied with this situation.
My tires were sent to the factory for inspection by the seller.
Hello, I pursued my rights for the tires that Goodyear claimed were original products you can use with peace of mind, applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board, and concluded this four‑month struggle with a decision in my favor. Today my new tires were delivered to me; the so‑called 'original' tires have nothing to do with the real Goodyear quality. My genuine Goodyear tires have arrived. Claim your rights, dear consumers.
