Goodyear Denied Warranty Claim for Defective Debica Tires Based Only on Photos

On August 18, 2026, I purchased Debica tires (size 215/45 R17 91Y) from an authorized dealer in Eyüpsultan, Istanbul. Just four days after the purchase, I noticed tears, cracks, and cut-like damage developing along the upper tread. Experiencing this level of deformation so quickly has raised serious concerns regarding the product's overall quality and safety.

When I reported the issue to Goodyear, they evaluated the tires using only photographs without performing a physical inspection, after which they informed me that the damage was excluded from warranty coverage. Evaluating tire integrity solely from photographs is neither reliable nor objective, and I strongly dispute their finding.

Because this degree of tread damage is impossible under normal driving conditions, I consider these tires to be inherently defective and demand a thorough physical inspection to re-evaluate my claim. To resolve this issue, I request either a free set of replacement tires or a full refund.

I ask that this matter be investigated promptly so I can resume driving safely, and I expect immediate action to resolve this claim.
