Unauthorized Transaction on My Card via GoDaddy – No Support Available

In the middle of the night, an unauthorized transaction was made on my spouse’s credit card through GoDaddy without our knowledge or consent. When we tried to reach GoDaddy’s customer support, there was no response.

We immediately contacted our bank, and they informed us that the payment is pending, yet no action has been taken. It is deeply concerning that fraudulent transactions are happening on a platform as well-known as GoDaddy, and there seems to be no security measures or proper support in place.

I demand an immediate cancellation of this unauthorized charge. This kind of security failure and lack of customer support is unacceptable. If GoDaddy does not act swiftly, I will escalate this issue through legal and financial channels.
