GoDaddy Took ₺476.47 for Domains I Never Received

On May 6, 2025, I purchased two domains—gebzecam.com and perkusyon.com—through GoDaddy.com, paying ₺476.47 via Iyzico. My credit card was charged immediately. On May 7, I also purchased konusma.com, which still shows as “pending” in my account. None of these domains are accessible to me, and now my account is completely locked.
I attempted to change my billing email from my old @yahoo.com.tr address because I never received any invoices. When I realized I wasn’t getting proper documentation, I contacted support and eventually spoke to a rep named D**** Bey** today. The call was extremely frustrating. He was dismissive and asked me to log in again using a verification code sent by GoDaddy—but the code I received didn’t match what he saw on his end, so nothing was resolved. I eventually had to end the call out of sheer frustration.
To make matters worse, gebzecam.com has already been resold at a highly inflated price, which I see as clear exploitation and fraudulent behavior. I feel deceived, and the entire experience has been a mess—unreachable customer support, failed system processes, and no accountability.
I now can’t access my account, I have no control over the domains I paid for, and I’m being pushed around with no resolution. This is unacceptable, and I am preparing to take legal action for misrepresentation and loss.
GoDaddy must either restore the domains I purchased or refund my payment immediately. I expect this issue to be resolved without further delay.
