Unexplained Billing by GoDaddy

I was surprised to receive a renewal bill for 575 TL and 86 kuruş from my GoDaddy account with no prior notice. How does something like this happen? I'm truly taken aback! I already bought the domain from GoDaddy and paid the full annual fee in advance. This unexpected charge has perplexed me. I urgently request a refund; this situation is completely illogical and frustrating. This unexplained billing has completely surprised and disappointed me.
