GoDaddy Turkey Professional Email Setup Failing Daily
I have been experiencing serious issues for a long time with the email service I purchased through GoDaddy Turkey. During email setup I constantly run into problems and have to seek support every single day. Despite reaching out to online support repeatedly, I am never given clear or correct answers and I end up being kept waiting for hours. To this date, no proper solution has been offered.
In 2023 I paid $237. But the problems aren’t limited only to email setup — I’ve had similar issues with other services too. Throughout this process, not only has customer satisfaction not been achieved, but my grievance remains unresolved.
My expectation from GoDaddy is that the email setup be completed thoroughly and correctly. I request that my issue be resolved promptly.
