Unauthorized Goandfind Charge Appeared on My Credit Card

On July 27, 2026, a charge of approximately $38 was made to my QNB Finansbank credit card by a company called Goandfind without my knowledge or authorization. Even though my available credit limit was insufficient at the time of the transaction, the bank allowed the charge to exceed my limit, and the transaction was posted to my credit card. I do not recognize Goandfind, and I would like to explicitly state that I have never made any purchase from or signed up for any membership with this company.

After seeing the transaction in my card activity, I realized that it had been made without my authorization, and I dispute this charge. I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that all interest, fees, and other charges resulting from or potentially resulting from the credit limit overage be completely waived.

I request that the inconvenience caused by this unauthorized charge and the approval of the credit limit overage be resolved urgently, that the transaction on my card be canceled and the amount refunded to me, and that the necessary security checks be carried out to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
