Goandfind Membership Cancellation Is Impossible Through the Website

I have a monthly membership with the Goandfind app, and a total of $82 has been charged to my account in two monthly payments of $41 each. I want to cancel my membership, but I cannot find how to cancel it through the website. I have not contacted customer service yet, and I have been unable to cancel the membership through either the app or the website. There is no contract or commitment associated with my membership. The email address linked to the membership I used in Izmir is s************@gmail.com.

I have been financially affected by these recurring monthly charges. I request that my membership be canceled as soon as possible and that the excess amounts charged to me be refunded.
