Goandfind Charge I Did Not Authorize or Subscribe To

When I checked the transactions on my Ziraat Bank salary card ending in 0441 on July 30, 2026, I noticed a $36 charge listed under the merchant/transaction name “goandfind. Digi.” This transaction was not made by me, and I have no membership, subscription, or purchase associated with this company.

I only recently noticed this transaction and am currently in the process of contacting the bank to report it. I request that this unauthorized charge made without my knowledge or consent be investigated and canceled, and that the $36 be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also request that the necessary security checks be performed on my card and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent a similar incident from happening again.
